R12 Clear Floor
Heavy capacity with a clear floor below.
The R12 Clear Floor puts 12,000 lb of rated capacity in an overhead design that keeps the center of the bay open. Three-stage front and rear arms reach across a broad working range, and the included three- and six-inch adapter sets address different contact heights. A single-point lock release brings the paired column locks into one release operation.

Clear-floor access, overhead strength
The overhead connection leaves the space between the columns open at floor level, useful when moving equipment through the bay or working around the vehicle.
Three-stage arms front and rear
Extend your working reach with three-stage arms at all four lifting positions. The telescoping sections draw in for closer contact positions and extend when more reach is needed, giving the lift useful range across different vehicles.
Extra height. More room to work.
3 in and 6 in adapter sets included. These height extensions reach higher vehicle frames and help the lift arms clear running boards and nerf bars. They provide useful clearance for trucks and SUVs while keeping the pads positioned at the vehicle’s approved lifting points. Adjustable screw pads provide fine height adjustment at each contact point.
